 To better expedite your service request, please provide the requested information by following these easy steps.   1. Click on Start
  2. Click on Run
  3. Type "dxdiag"
  4. Click "OK"
  5. (If you receive a pop-up message, click "OK")
  6. (It may take a few minutes to gather all necessary information)
  7. Click on Save All Information ...
  8. Save the .TXT file to your desktop.
  9. Close/Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
  10. Double-click the .TXT file. It will open in Notepad.
  11. Click on Edit
  12. Click on Select All
  13. Click on Edit
  14. Click on Copy
  15. Close the .TXT file (Notepad).
  16. In the empty space below, right-click your mouse, and select Paste (or insert your cursor in the empty space below and press CTRL and V on your keyboard).
